BDMCC General Meeting Minutes

January 2009

  

The official minutes will be carried over the January 2010 meeting.

 

The meeting was at the Westard Ho and food was brought in by Miles Lafever.  The year was recapped in review with special notes that islands #1 and #7 were completed.  New plans have already been started to purchase the Lowell Robin’s property.  A special thanks went out for all those who assisted with the successful annual dinner, the completion of island #1 and #7 and the board of directors.  As always donations are needed for the annual dinner along with gun sponsors. 

The guest speaker was Rich Mayer who is a nature photographer who has spent a lot of time out at the property and put on a slide show showing the beauty of the property.  The next meeting will be at The Hill.  Please see the meeting dates and time for further information.
