BDMCC General Meeting Minutes

The meeting began with a communication from the water level fluctuation plan that Pete has been attending on behave of the club for the last couple of years.  He has 4 hard copies that are being passed around as there are many details to review.  Bruce received an email to address the position of the club on possibly starting a mine up North.  Bruce sent an email stating the club was neutral on the issue.   

The secretary’s report is carried over until the next annual meeting. 

The treasurer’s report has was given and accepted as such.  We are paid for the year for garbage, but we do not have any cans.  Bruce is to look into getting them.  Ken Meier made a donation and his place of employment, Quad Graphics matched it.   

Bruce has more Battle on Bago tickets for all to sell so please see him if you need more to sell.   

Bruce is going to Scheels to compare gun prices and Eric is to look into a few other places to ensure we are getting the best deal.  The feature raffles are set and on Tuesday the 12^th is the folding and stuffing of the dinner invitations at the Lion’s club at 6:30 p.m.  The tickets and programs are going to get printed by the club at the Lion’s Club.   

Finally under old business Art is waiting for the core of engineers to have everything signed to start the trail work.  He is hoping to start it by the end of February. 

New business started with making a spreadsheet for the Town of Winneconne to show better show use of the property.  The board as a whole is going to work to better show compliance to hopefully not have to do as much paperwork in future years.   

Other business included Don noted a few prices on TV’s for the raffles and will let us know the final cost for the 60” to be bought and Matt Woods donated a book of the People of the Sturgeon.  Everyone please keep getting donations for the dinner.   

The next meeting is at the White House in Butted des Morts on March 4^th at 7 p.m.  The meeting was called for adjournment first by Pat and seconded by Bruce at 7:50 p.m.
