Terrell's Island has a few buildings scattered about the land, The "Pat Hickey" School House is used to hold BDMCC meetings throughout the Spring and Summer. Several of our buildings house Club restoration and maintenance equipment.
Though most of Terrell's Island is wild the Club does maintain some of the hiking trails and the area around the School House and boat dock. Pete Guckenburg, a member of the Board of Directors and a neighbor to Terrell's Island, can regularly be found maintaining the grounds. We are very thankful for all of his hard work at making Terrell's Island an inviting place to visit.
The "Pat Hickey" School House is available for Public use upon request. There is running water, electricity, and a Porta-John for your convenience. Please contact us at bdmccwi@gmail.com if you would like to reserve it.
